Our stay in the hotel was great, the staff was quite mannered and helpful. The resort is build on mountain so you have to climb down for your room but staff members helped us with the luggage. The food was pretty tasty and good. The view of the room as well as dinning room view is beautiful. This was the only place in Meghalaya where we had buffet system breakfast.

One thing I admire about this resort is the behavior of the staff and their willingness to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food in the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are extremely clean and hygienic - they even offer a great view of the umngot river. I would like to especially mention Heprit, Manlong, Augustin, Elias and Eamon, the staff who's service deserves more than a 5 star rating.

The view from the room's balcony was just awesome 👌. Food in the resort restaurant is good and tasty. Overall, I would recommend it if you are planning to stay in Dawki

The only decent hotel/resort that you could find in a place as remote as Shnonpdeng. A bit pricey but rooms and services were extremely good and well maintained! Food was also delicious that too in a place where there was no local market around. The only cons were to climb down about 50 stairs even when you booked a deluxe/executive room. Rest was all perfect. Location was beautiful, right by the side of Umgnot river. Definitely recommend the place! And quite contrary to our expectation, there was a full fledged 5G Airtel network available here!

It's a best stay in Dawki. Hotel staff is very polite and food quality is also good. Also I forgot my clothes at this stay, but they arranged a courier service to Delhi in few days only. I really enjoyed my first stay here.

Hands on has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Worst Hotel. Average food and bad rooms make it a full on worst package to travel to. We had 3 guests in 1 room so we put out an extra bed which costed us Rs.1500 but instead got 3 mattress put together on the ground to sleep. The experience has to be noteworthy as this is the worst place to stay at snhongpdeng. You should stay on Google search for hotels near Dowki river and avoid this place at all costs. Also there is no Wi-Fi or signal so beware of not being able to contact anyone

Given how remote this location is, the rooms and the service are pretty decent. This is almost 7KMs from the nearest boat ride on Dawki so plan accordingly. Food was also pretty decent. …

It wask ok for us because they dont have food option much in there breakfast menu. View from room is not visible because of the dense forest.only from the reception you can see the river view.there's no wifi facilities for this resort.
